Unlike traditional internships that require physical presence at a workplace, remote internships are conducted entirely online, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility.

  • Remote internships offer high school students a unique opportunity to explore their career interests, develop essential skills, and gain a competitive edge for college applications and future job prospects.

    College/University Readiness: The experience enhances college applications, making students more attractive candidates from being able to articulate their work experiences into various stories and anecdotes in their applications.

    Direct Work Experience: Students will have these critically important work experience moments and experiences to reflect on and display in their resume, applications, providing them a clear advantage over similar candidates. Students will get an opportunity to immerse themselves in the selected company, learning about different elements of the business as each week includes a different subject matter.

    Skills Development: Students will acquire both hard and soft skills from the exposure of the program, for example enhanced digital skills, project delivery, communication, presentation skills etc.

    Career Exploration: Students get a real-world taste of their chosen career path, helping them make informed decisions. Students get to interact with the employer in the live sessions, understanding company culture and a real working environment. Students get an understanding of how to work effectively in a group setting with other students to deliver projects and deliverables for the employer each week.

    Time Management & Organisation: Balancing internship tasks with schoolwork and other commitments teaches students effective time management and organisation skills.

    Networking: Students build valuable connections with other students and the employer and their business for future connections. Students are then guided to optimize their LinkedIn accounts to interact with their new connections.

    Global Exposure: Students have the chance to work within international teams, broadening their cultural understanding.

    Community: The program creates a community feeling where the facilitators encourage friendship, encourage open communication, allow the students to show their individual personalities. Students who complete the program join our LinkedIn community group to stay in contact to support and be cheerleaders for each other.

  • Students must be between the ages of 14-18. Students do not need to be currently in school at the time of application. Students can be referred by their institution/organisation or can self-refer themselves onto the program. Students/parents will be asked to provide identification and be required to complete a parental consent form.

  • Students can register directly from the website by completing our online form of interest. A member of the team will make contact to provide more information and payment options. Prior to the start of the program, the student will be required to complete pre-program online modules and complete a video interview to introduce themselves.

    Student/parent/referral organisation will then be provided access information and all appropriate documents and invites leading up to the first day of the program.

  • The Friday before Day 1 of the program

  • Students will only require access to a laptop/desktop/Ipad and an internet connection.

    Students may be asked to download free productivity tools, free design tools or free communication tools to enhance their experience.

  • The program is a 5 week program with a time commitment of 12-16 hours per week. The program uses a flexible learning approach or compulsory and additional sessions. Compulsory sessions that students must attend are 1 hours in duration on Monday, Tuesday, Friday for the live sessions with the facilitator and the employers. The remaining additional hours are flexible and used to complete the online curriculum and communicate and complete the projects in the groups.

  • Each program is accompanied by our program facilitator who will support the students at every point of the journey as their point of contact. The facilitator will lead all live sessions, facilitate group sessions, be available for 1:1 support on all platforms.

  • All live sessions will include the program facilitator at all times to ensure safety and ethical practice. The program facilitator will also engage, and monitor the communication for all the working groups to ensure monitoring and safety. Students will complete weekly feedback forms to provide feedback and highlight any areas of concern.
