Grassroots To Work is particularly focussed on two main customer types, young people and underrepresented groups.

We believe in creating opportunities for young people to attain the highest levels of experience and skills development using modern and innovative systems. We also believe in addressing issues of inequality by offering services and programmes to underrepresented groups.

Grassroots To Work aims and is open to working with multiple stakeholders in partnership to create long term sustainable outcomes.
