Typically, the first week of any Internship cohort begins with a Business Analysis topic such as a SWOT Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and so on. It's an essential step in understanding the inner workings of different industries and companies. For instance, in our most recent cohort, our Internship students had the opportunity to dive into the world of EdTech by conducting a detailed SWOT analysis of Kubrate Learning, a prominent company in the growing sector in Kenya. This exercise not only allowed them to grasp the intricacies of Kubrate's operations but also enabled them to suggest strategic solutions that could facilitate the company's growth and sustainability. Through this hands-on experience, our Internship students gained valuable insights into the realities of business analysis and honed their ability to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within a company's ecosystem.
