HR Employee Wellness Project - Fidalsa

In this Project Example, our Internship students worked with Fidalsa, a vacation rental company based in the North East of Spain who have a platform where residents and villa owners can rent out their properties to interested customers. Having largely remote based employees, Fidalsa tasked our students to create a research backed Wellness package that would be fitting to the staff of the organisation. Our students reflected on other popular and ‘niche’ employee wellness packages from companies worldwide to create an informed wellness package for Fidalsa.
